Under the series of training sessions of the project, the next technical training session is planned to be held at Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain, from the 9th of May to 14th of May. Participants from the projects Asian and European partner universities will travel to Valencia to attend the training which is will be hosted by UPV with assistance from other European Partners of the project.
The training will include sessions on Coastal risks and monitoring of coastal areas which will be conducted by UPV. In addition, sessions on Hyperspectral data for coastal systems and EO remote sensing for ecological disaster will be conducted by Vrije Universitteit Brusseland University of Zagreb respectively.
University of Nicosia. will lead the the last two days of the training to focus on reviewing and finalizing the MOOCs developed by Asian partner universities.
